EXPO Mokra 2010

The largest construction exhibition in the Czech Republic – Expo Mokrá 2010 – took place from June 22 to 24, at a quarry, Mokrá u Brna. At the CGS Tyres stand, Mitas off-road tyres were presented. It was attended by about 70 guests from the V4: Czech Republic; Poland; Slovakia; and Hungary.

Nenad Tutunović, CGS Tyres Marketing Manager says: “Guests were introduced to our new products both theoretically and practically. We gave practical demonstrations within the exhibition premises. Those chiefly concerned the CR-01 profile with the 445/95R25 dimensions, suitable for mobile cranes, and the ERL-30/ERD-30 profile designed for difficult terrain in quarries or concrete plants.” The Mitas brand was also represented by the TI-20 tractor industrial tyre; the EM-22, radial tyre for large construction machines; and the FL-08, tyre for forklift trucks.

“The exhibition provided a great opportunity for business partners to meet CGS Tyres experts. All participants had a chance to discuss and share their experience. They could also see the tyre behaviour in real operating conditions – in this case a quarry – with their own eyes. We were pleased to see the large number of business partners who accepted the invitation to the event.
